The most important but very basic technique in achieving pure flawless skin is using organic beauty products for your skin care. You should be aware of the effects of using synthetic products on your skin and the benefits that you get from using organic skin care products.

The human body is amazing but a bit complicated system that could empower self-regeneration with a little help from medical science. You can naturally maintain and enhance the beauty of the human body by first taking care of your skin using organic skin care products without harmful ingredients.

Most people try to achieve smoother glowing skin that looks fresh and spotless. No matter what you think and what it takes, it is never too late to attempt to have a sexy silky smooth glowing skin. However, most people are reactive when it comes to skin care than being proactive. They tend to choose and enjoy quick results in fighting skin imbalance for convenience. They would rather hide imperfections with cosmetics than scrubbing with sea salt and massaging with virgin olive oil.

The problem with skin care and maintaining smooth glowing skin is time. You really need to devote time to maintain a youthful looking skin. Organic skin care is the best way to nourish your skin and save your time. There are many organic skin care products in the internet that you can order for delivery. Save time and give less effort maintaining a young looking smooth glowing skin – use organic skin care!

The Egyptian fennel with rosemary and mint face cream is a good organic moisturizer that contains natural ingredients such as evening primrose oil, shea butter, and rice bran extract. The evening primrose oil contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which is one type of fatty acid needed by your body for treating and preventing eczema and other itchy or scaly skin allergies. This is easy to apply and does not involve much time for the application.

If you wear makeup, you need to know how to clean makeup brushes. If you don’t clean your make up brushes, you’ll either wind up spoiling them and throwing them away, or they will mess up your clean, fresh look by changing the colors of your makeup.

Cleaning makeup brushes is a necessity. Each time you use a makeup brush, it picks up both makeup and any natural oils on your face, as well as any other products that are on your face.

Makeup brushes come in all sorts of materials, with the cheapest usually being made of sponge or plastic and the most expensive some sort of animal hair.

High quality natural hair brushes used by professional models and painters are made of sable, and if you want a particular brush shape in an excellent quality brush, you can find them at art supply stores. Badger fur, pony hair and even squirrel hair are also used to make brushes.

Then there is the dust in the air that just lands on a resting brush. Bacteria can make a home in dirty makeup brushes, so this buildup must be removed on a regular basis.

The most common method for how to clean makeup brushes include taking each brush and run it under warm water, and then apply a small amount of shampoo – you might want to use baby shampoo as this is extra sensitive, and gently rub until you have a soft lather.

After a few minutes, run each brush under the cold tap and rub the bristles to get rid of the soap. When the water runs clear and isn’t colored from makeup, then you know the brushes are clean.

In order to know how to clean makeup brushes by a dry clean method then fill a plastic bag with corn starch (make sure it’s the sugar and preservative-free kind) and drop the brush inside (hair down) and hold the mouth of the bag closed.

Shake for one minute and then remove the brush and then dust off the corn starch and repeat two more times until the entire greasy residue is gone.

Back in kindergarten, learning new vocab meant you had fresh, exciting ways to describe the world. Nowadays, educating yourself on the latest crop of green beauty terms and trends can feel as if you’re getting schooled all over again. And it seems your homework is increasing: One out of every seven prettifying products launched in 2008 was organic or all-natural, according to Mintel, a market research firm in Chicago. To keep you up on the breakthroughs that will help you look your best, we created an index of earth-friendly buzzwords. Consider it your crash course in natural beauty—no flash cards required.

Apple stem cells
The forbidden fruit may be a fountain of youth: Skin cream with 2 percent Swiss apple stem cells applied twice daily for four weeks decreased crow’s-feet by 15 percent, a study in Germany’s SÖFW Journal finds. Able to outlive its fellow breeds (the secret to its antiwrinkling action), the Swiss apple is the first botanical to have its stem cells used in skin care.

Biodegradable plastics
Compacts made of corn (look for PLA on the label) break down in 60 to 90 days once put in an industrial-composting facility. Those created with petroleum languish in landfills for decades.

Carbon footprint
Beauty companies aren’t legally required to tally their carbon dioxide emissions—aka pollution—but many, such as Origins, are making strides to reduce waste by using recyclable packaging and by powering manufacturing sites with wind energy. Add up your CO2 impact at

Detergent alternatives
Reading the list of tongue twisters on your detergent label can be more exhausting than doing the wash. Some surfactants can irritate skin, and optical brighteners don’t biodegrade and may endanger aquatic life once emptied into the public water supply. Clean clothes with Borba Fabric Fusion 2-in-1 Eco-Laundry Wash, with coconut acid.

Ecocert
This French seal of approval ensures that 95 percent of a product’s ingredients come from nature (no synthetics) and at least 10 percent are sourced from organic farms that don’t use chemicals or pesticides.

Foodie beauty
Lots of hair and skin goodies are being made with 100 percent fruit and veggies—carrots are big right now—so you soak up the benefits of antioxidant-packed ingredients without the synthetic chemicals.

Greenwashing
This term refers to calling products “environmentally friendly” simply as a marketing ploy, an ugly reality in the beauty market. Scan bottles for items in our index, but be aware that some synthetic-sounding names are actually natural. (For example, tocopherol acetate is good old-fashioned vitamin E.)

Horsetail
Paint on polish that contains this silica-rich herb, which resembles a horse’s tail, to help strengthen nails the natural way.

Ingredient information
About 99 percent of personal-care products have at least one ingredient that the FDA hasn’t tested, indicates a study by the Environmental Working Group in Washington, D.C.

Jasmine absolute
The oil from the night-blooming blossom has a sweet scent that lingers long after you apply. Try Aura Cacia Jasmine Absolute Oil.

Ketchup
Everyone’s favorite condiment is good for hair. “Because ketchup has a lot of lycopene, the pigment that gives tomatoes their red color, it can neutralize the greenish streaks caused by oxidation or too much time in the pool,” says Kim Vo, a colorist in Beverly Hills, California. Coat dry strands with a cup and a half for 10 minutes, then shampoo.

Lupine
So you slept in? Nice! Make up for lost shower time with an oil-absorbing powder that contains lupine. The perennial wildflower’s seeds are teeming with protein that helps revive dull hair. Lightly massage into dry roots; style.

Manganese
This mineral is a potent antioxidant that blocks UV damage and inhibits melanin (your body’s sun-spot producer), says Fredric Brandt, M.D., a dermatologist in New York City and Miami. Neova Manganese Skin Brightening Serum is chock-full of it.

Narcissus
Stem dandruff with extracts from the bulb of this flower, which slow the production of flake-producing skin cells, says Pat Peterson, vice president of research and development at Aveda. Find it in Aveda Scalp Remedy Dandruff Solution, $24.

Oil-based bubbles
Natural cleansers (for face, body, even hair) derived from olive and coconut oil get as bubbly as common suds makers such as sodium lauryl sulfate, but they don’t strip skin.

Paraben-free
Any ingredient that ends in -paraben is a chemical preservative. Some beauty experts suggest avoiding products with them because they potentially irritate skin. Look for grapeseed extract, a natural preservative.

Quillaja
Known as the soap bark tree in Chile and Peru, quillaja is a natural source of glucoside saponin, an ultra-gentle soap alternative that doesn’t dry out sensitive skin. Lather up in the shower with Origins Jump Start Stimulating body wash.

Resveratrol
Grape news! This natural antibiotic—it acts as the fruit’s defense against bacteria—is a wrinkle fighter and UV protector when applied to skin. In the future, oral supplements may even help ward off cancer: Resveratrol inhibits tumor growth, says Macrene Alexiades Armenakas, M.D., assistant clinical professor at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut.

Self-tanner
Getting your bronze from a bottle is the safe way to nab a glow, but don’t forget the SPF. A study from Gematria, a test lab in Berlin, showed that using dihydroxyacetone (DHA), the active ingredient in self-tanner, led to an 80 percent increase of free radicals in skin, putting out the welcome mat for sun damage. When sporting a faux tan, always wear broad-spectrum sunblock or opt for DHA-free bronzer.

Tea
First came green, then white and black arrived on the scene. The latest leaf to try is shiso, a mintlike Japanese herb loaded with antioxidants. A study in the Journal of Oleo Science found that perilla, an extract from shiso leaves, dramatically protects skin from free radicals and decreases inflammation. Sip it daily in Zelens Shiso Detox Infusion.

USDA
The organic seal of the United States Department of Agriculture is extremely stringent, requiring that 95 percent of ingredients be taken from plants, herbs or flowers grown without synthetic additives, pesticides or fertilizers. You can find the stamp on some food, but soon more and more beauty booty will be flaunting the label.

Vanda orchids
These flora are known for their camelesque ability to store water for up to three weeks. Rub on megahydrators that contain the bloom’s extract to help skin retain moisture, too.

Wintergreen oil
Yes, it freshens breath in a pinch, but wintergreen is also Mother Nature’s own zit zapper. A dab a day helps buff away blemish-causing debris without overdrying skin. Find it in Aveda Outer Peace Spot Relief treatment.

Xanthan gum
Made from fermented corn sugar, this food additive is typically in salad dressings. But when mixed into creams (such as Nude Advanced Smoothing Complex), it binds oil and water, extending the shelf life of your beloved moisturizer.

Yeast
Skin smoothers safely harness this fungus to speed up the rate at which cells flush excess fluids and shrink swelling, explains Suki Kramer, founder of Suki Advanced Organic Science Skincare in Northampton, Massachusetts.

Zemea
Don’t let the exotic name fool you! This plant-based sub for petroleum-derived moisturizers is from corn. It acts like a humectant, trapping water in the skin, and received Ecocert approval last year, so expect to see it pop up in new products.

How can you get clear skin using natural remedies from home? We recommend; acne no more. This program contains all the information you’ll ever need to help you eliminate acne permanently without creams and without using drugs and without any side effects.

Baking Soda Mask to Fight Acne

This is so easy to make and can work wonders if your skin likes it. (Remember, not every cause of acne is the same, so you need to try different remedies and mask s until you find the ones that work for you.)

All you need are two ingredients. Baking soda (not baking powder) and water.

Mix a little together in your hands after washing your face with a mild cleanser and apply gently to your skin. Once you’ve coated your face with the baking soda and water mix, let it sit while you do other things around the house, or relax and read a book.

Rinse the baking soda film off your face and feel how soft and clear it feels. If your skin enjoys this recipe, and your acne improves, then you may try it several times a week to help clear your acne.

Egg White Mask

This is simple and quite frugal. There have been many instances of people reporting excellent results from trying it.

What is it? Egg white. Simple egg white.

All you need to do is separate the yolk from the egg whites. Then whip the egg whites until it is nice and frothy. Apply it to your clean face (using clean hands). Leave on for approximately 20 minutes and wash off with warm water.

The result? Tightening of the skin, clearing of red spots.

Possible side effects? If you’re allergic to eggs, of course, avoid this one.

Egg Yolk Mask

Egg Yolks contain Vitamin A which is good for scarring. To attempt this method of acne treatment, whip up an egg yolk, apply it to your skin for 20 minutes. Wash off.

There is some discussion as to whether or not you can catch salmonella from putting egg yolk on your skin. Do a little research before trying this one.

Acne Tonic with Basil
2 to 3 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 C. boiling water
Steep basil leaves in water for 10 to 20 minutes. Cool, then apply to face with a white cotton ball.
Blackhead Remover Mask
1/2 cup fuller’s earth
1 tsp. tincture of benzoin
distilled witch hazel

Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly. Apply the mask to your skin. Let mask dry and harden – about 30-40 minutes. Soak a small hand towel in warm water and lay it across your face.
When the mask starts to soften up, gently rub it with the towel in a circular motion. Rinse with plenty of warm water.

Sea salt or table salt mask

Swim in the ocean (or buy sea salt and make a mask ). Or just gently wash with salt & water mixed.

Oatmeal mask

Another kitchen remedy. Blend some oatmeal with water and gently spread it onto your skin. Leave it until it dries (10-15 minutes). This mask is gentle and safe.

We hope these acne mask s will help clear your skin. Whether you have regular acne or acne rosacea, these homemade acne mask s can help your skin look and feel better.

If you want to treat yourself and your skin, give yourself a facial. It’s not only good for you, if feels great too. You can make a facial from ordinary kitchen goods. Here are two of them, which are inexpensive to make. More of them to come soon!

1. Honey facial (do not use this if you are allergic to eggs)

1 tablespoon honey

1 egg yoke

1 teaspoon olive oil

Beat the egg yoke with a fork, add the oil and blend well. Add the honey using a spoon that you have rinsed with hot water and blend well again. Smear it all over your face with your fingers, except do not cover your eyes. Leave it on your face for 15 minutes, then rinse it off.

2. Cucumber mask

1 cucumber
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon witch hazel (you can buy this in any drug store)
1 egg white, beaten with an electric beater until fluffy.

Peel the cucumber and run it through a blender or a food processor. Pour the cucumber pulp into a colander or strainer and force it through, catching the liquid that comes out in a bowl underneath. Combine the cucumber liquid with the lemon juice and the witch hazel.

Stir it and add the beaten egg white gently. Put it on your face and leave it on for 15 to 25 minutes. Rinse off. Remember: Clean, prevent and treat. This is a good start to a lifetime of health y skin.

3. Peach tightening mask

1 Peach, ripe, peeled, pitted
1 Egg white

Whip the peach and egg white together in a blender until smooth. Gently pat the mixture all over your face. Relax for 30 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water.

4. Apple mask for normal skin

1 Apple, cored and quartered
2 T Honey

Drop the apple pieces into a food processor and chop. Add honey and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Pat the mixture onto your face with a light tapping motion, tapping until the honey feels tacky. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse.

5. Cucumber mask for oily skin

1/2 Cucumber
1 Egg white
1 T Lemon juice
1 tsp mint

Puree everything and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm, then cool water.

6. Strawberry drawing mask

1/2 c Strawberries, very ripe
1/4 c Cornstarch

Mix strawberries and cornstarch together to make a paste and apply it to your face, avoiding the delicate area around your eyes. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with cool water.

7. Citrus freshener

2 cups boiling water
1 vitamin C (a preservative)
Lemon peel (zest) from 2 lemons

Dissolve the vitamin in water. In a glass bowl put the lemon zest and pour the water over them. Let it sit over night. Remove the zest and put in a spray bottle. You can use any type of citrus peel.

8. Blemished skin mask

1 Tomato, ripe, chopped
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 T Instant style oatmeal or old-fashioned rolled oats

Blend everything until just combined. Apply to skin, making sure the mixture is thick enough to stay on blemished areas: cheeks, forehead, or chin. If necessary, add a bit more oatmeal to thicken the mask. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then scrub it off with a clean washcloth dipped in warm water.

To learn how to eliminate cellulite, it’s easy. In fact, its provision, but now it’s another thing. Fortunately, however, the reduction of cellulite is not to be as hard as some people to be. In fact, make some changes in your diet, you can begin to eliminate cellulite in just a few weeks.

Here are some of the foods & substances you should stay away from while on cellulite diets.

Alcohol
Don’t touch the stuff. A single beer might not kill your efforts, but any type of alcohol consumption is indirectly bad for cellulite reduction. Alcohol contains toxins that, when introduced to your body, promote cellulite build up. Plus, the calories from alcohol will be stored as fat, which, as you can guess, doesn’t help too much.

Caffeine
Unless it is in a cellulite treatment cream, caffeine should not be allowed into the body. Caffeine from beverages — soda & soft drinks, coffee, tea, and other carbonated drinks — decreases blood circulation, which in turn allows for easily “waste storage”. And in case you didn’t know, more waste storage leads to more cellulite. So basically, if you can avoid caffeine, you will be able to avoid cellulite build up to some degree.

Animal fat
Saturated fats are not in any way good for your cellulite reduction goals. Therefore, reduce the overall amount of animal fats you eat — except for fatty fish of course, as that is very good for you. If you do choose to eat meat, make sure all of the fat is properly removed before cooking. Also, you should consider switching to baking and/or grilling food as opposed to frying it.

Junk dood
This is pretty obvious, don’t eat junk food, sugar, and/or other refined food products. These items are, in a sense, “pure” toxins that are very bad for the body. There is no quicker way to build cellulite than pigging out on junk food. It isn’t too hard to separate junk food from healthier food, so don’t try to make excuses for yourself when shopping. A quick glance at the ingredients section of the box/can/package should tell you all you need to know.
