Of all the major organs in the body is our liver, which has the unenviable task of filtering all the poisonous toxins in our bodies. In this regard, the 21st century is a task that is becoming increasingly difficult due to the increased availability of fast food restaurants, which resulted in a greater number of people eating poorly.

The work of the liver is vital to our overall health and well being, but if it is unable to function properly, due to bad eating habits, toxins will begin to build up in our bloodstream and problems with our health will eventuate. Tiredness, constipation, irritability, chronic pain, allergies, depression and high cholesterol are all signs that your liver may not be functioning properly. So what can be done about it?

There are several ways to detox your liver, but it is always best to start with a simple method. As each individual has different needs, it is a good idea to consult your doctor before commencing any long-term detoxification program. However, the following is a good, safe way to begin:

1. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables (preferably organic) rather than packaged or canned ones, and always remember to wash them first. Broccoli, cabbage, beetroot and carrots are particularly good.

2. Drink lots of filtered water to help flush the toxins out of your body: at least 8 glasses per day.

3. Avoid grains, starchy food, dairy products and processed meats.

4. There are some terrific herbal supplements that can assist a liver detox diet, but it is best to check with your practitioner or pharmacist before purchasing.

If you are feeling tired and run down right now, a liver detox diet may be just what you need to start feeling good again. It is simple, inexpensive and is a great way to detox your body naturally.

Our body parts will not pause at the same time. For example, a cardiologist treats a patient with coronary artery disease because her heart has become older than the rest of her organs. When a doctor works on a hip or diagnoses osteoporosis these bones have become old. For a patient with these problems, his heart can be 50 years old, his bones 60 years old, yet his chronological, or real, age and the rest of the body is only 40 years old.

Figuring out the AgePrint requires us to start by first fixing the oldest part, or identifying the oldest failed system that has paused.

Today’s most innovative medical research has finally come to recognize that the most successful way to achieve total health and extend life is to prevent internal aging from occurring. The key then to a younger you are the tests that detect symptoms before a health problem hits you, instead of waiting for medical and surgical intervention. Every aging code currently known is reversible in its early stages. I know of no aging signal that has not been reversed. Can we reverse them all at the same time? It’s beginning to happen now.
