Billie Piper’s diet and exercise regime
Billie Paul Piper is an English actress, formerly known as pop singer. She was a great success with her pop career, but decided that was the thing. According to Billie, the weight does not matter that the duration of your fun with you!
She believes worrying too much on weight will result in weight gain rather than weight loss. The sexy star revealed that she suffered from anorexia when she was 16 after a TV presenter called her fat. The comment drove her to use laxatives and she starve herself in an attempt to lose weight.
Billie admits she has gone five days without food, on a deadly diet of coffee. I can’t imagine living off only coffee for five days!
Thankfully Billie Piper came to her senses, she fell in love with Chris Evans and decided to completely stop her starvation diet. Unfortunately they broke up and Piper relapsed.
For those who don’t know, anorexia is a disease in which there is an aversion towards food, a condition where there is total loss of appetite. It is reported that Billie even made a tendency to attempt suicide when she failed to reach her weight loss target.
When you look at celebs like Billie, you can see that the tremendous pressure stars are under to lose weight often results in psychiatric problems. Ultimately causing heavy illness. Weight control has great medical importance because being obese can lead to severe health problems. Serious emotional problems may also result in obesity.
Overweight people may not be obese, though the word overweight is often used when obese is meant. Being over weight simply means weighing more than the average for a certain height.
Anyway, back to Billie, she definitely had anorexia, which neither decreased her weight permanently nor was she satisfied of her present look. All these ultimately resulted in attempting suicide which is never the answer.
